Mr. Saba has held different positions in the public and private sectors, among which worth mentioning are: Consultant for United Nations Development Program - UNDP, Manager of Promotion for Investments in COFIDE; Director / General Coordinator of the Privatization Committee of PETROPERU; Principal Assessor for Defense of the Consumer Congress Committee; Principal Assessor to the 2nd Vice-President of the Congress; Professor in different Universities.

He is an Industrial Engineer from the “Universidad de Ingeniería” – UNI, Peru; MBA from the University of Stanford, California, USA, with a major in Economics; Magister in Business Administration from ESAN, Peru; “Programa Alta Dirección” PAD at the University of Piura, Perú; and United Nations Development Program Studies, among others.
